The only way the watch the TV was to sit on the bed - the only chair in the room was in a corner under the TV and due to the limited floor space, no room to move the chair to somewhere I could sit to watch the TV. I believe that as the only place to watch TV was from the bed, one side of the bed seemed to sag. When lying on that side...

Pros (+) Nothing. The staff were rude. The parking is deceivingly far away, with only parks available level 5 and up. One pillow on a king bed. 2 small towels for two grown adults. Small room. Dirty windows with no view. Area is full of drug addicts screaming outside at night.

Asked multiple times for extra linen staff at the check in assured it was there get into my room and nothing. Also one pillow to share between me and my partner. Windows were filthy. Pros (+) The room was spacious., the beds were comfy, the shower /HW was great, wifi free, lifts efficient. City view from top floor. Location perfect for us- about 1.5kms any direction to edge of CBD, 24hr convenience store nearby, bus stop outside.
Cons (-) No complaints. Had to wait for room but there was luggage storage.

Pros (+) The room and overall hotel was great. Very neat and tidy and staff were all very polite and helpful
Cons (-) Going down for breakfast and there wasn't really much food left at 9am. A couple of the warmers were empty and were not topped up the entire time we were there to eat. Apart from that one issue it was overall a good stay
