Great location, lovely new hotel
Hard to contact by phone prior to stay. Pillows were terrible, bring your own
The hotel was reasonably new and as such was fresh and clean, and not dated. There is a loading zone that you can pull up in outside briefly to drop your bags off.
There is no onsite or nearby allocated parking. They gave us directions to a property quite some distance away and in a heatwave it was too far to walk, this was at a cost of $25 per day. I liked the bed and the tv and the size of the super but i didn’t like how it didn’t have a door on the shower
No microwave so I can’t buy food from the shops and microwave it. Only 1 face washer between 2 people and the pamphlet that’s in the room said you had a games room but I couldn’t find it on level it said it was meant to be
The location and the room was a nice set up.
The customer service was non existent. There is no house keeping at all. Despite the advertising saying there is daily house keeping, there is not. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper, clean cups. Beds not made, rubbish not collected. According to the staff this is because the hotel is environmentally friendly. Paid extra to have 2 single beds, but instead got a roll away. I could go on and on.
Ten to 20 minute walk to all the happening places. Free washer and dryer. Room was ok. Breakfast offerings were solid.
They were poor in response to cleanliness and charge you if you want room cleaned. They don’t supply hand towels, only 2 bath towels and one washcloth for two people. We had to practically. beg for change of towels. First day we had no soap in the shower. Gym was disgusting. Two days in a row no disinfectant wipes, no sweat towels and no water supplies in the gym. I wished a later checkout
The room was spacious. The bathroom had lovely soap and moisturizer. The air conditioning in the room was excellent. The hotel bar looked nice. The staff was approachable. There is no carpark on site but there is a convenient arrangement with a local carpark. There are good restaurants and cafe's nearby and it is a short walk to the city.
The room was not serviced daily, we had to request fresh towels each day, it also meant that cups and glasses were not automatically refreshed. The bath was a lovely feature in the bathroom but there were no in-built toiletries near the bath.
Very comfortable rooms at a good rate.
The hotel staff had pre-ticked the box for signing up to their loyalty program on the registration form AND folded the form in half to hide this from the guest. Very sneaky and totally unacceptable. Make your form an "opt out" if you want to trap guests into signing up to your program, but it is unacceptable to tick boxes on behalf of the guest AND then hide it from them at check in.

Not much. It was like camping. No room servicing.
The whole thing. No linen change, no towel change, old stiff towels, no clean glasses, and no emptying of bins.
