Pros (+) Attentive staff, clean and spacious room with everything you need basically, even a bluetooth speaker. Excellent location. Allow us to check in earlier. Wonderful city view.

Pros (+) Great location in Kitte Osaka. Professional hotel staff, superb hotel room with great view of Osaka . The bed was soo good , love the shower gel etc and also the breakfast has many to choose from and the best Beef Udon ！

Pros (+) The room.
Cons (-) Besides the room is excellent, the stuff’s’ operation is really poor. They are not supposed to work at such a 3 star hotel. Seriously, the stuff operation wasn’t professional I felt. I actually called the customer service to claim about the issue but they called me back around night time. That’s also one of the disappointment point. I thought they are not professional.
