Nice beds, good breakfast
On sunday, the restaurant is closed. Had to give my creditcard details at check-in (unclear why) which I don’t have. The guy didn’t understand and got triggered lol. The budget (€180 per night) ‘Blue Skies’ house is not what I expected. It’s a 300m drive from the reception. This hotel is amazing : the staff is absolutely lovely, the food exquisite and the place super quiet ! They created a cozy environment around wine which is the best place to get around Skåne ! All the prizes and diplomas Jannike has are absolutely well deserved. You can tell that she puts a lot of love and dedication on what she does.
If there are many people at dinner, you have to wait a little for your courses as there is only one waiter. But it’s okay : just be patient with a glass of wine and everything will be alright :)
Simply perfect! In the middle of beautiful countryside, wonderful beautiful room (Kyss mig), excellent dinner (three-course dinner & wine), abundant delicious breakfast and friendly personnel. Almost like being invited to someone's lovely countryside home.
The accommodation is a cottage, very nice and completely private. It is a remarkable location, immersed in nature, beautiful place.

The hosts were fantastic. The location, even though being remote, was very nice and cosy on the country-side. Breakfast was very fresh and super crispy with many home-grown produce.

An absolute gem! What a great little hotel with one of the best restaurants we've had the pleasure to eat at. Great wine pairing too and Russell was simply a delight. We will certainly come back here if we're ever in the area again.
Nothing really, it was still a bit cold so the jacuzzi wasn't operating yet.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the food is amazing. Both dinner and breakfast featured local delicacies and were very well prepared. The staff is very helpful and sympathetic.
I seriously cannot think of anything.
The spa, breakfast, location, wines were all excellent and staff very helpful.
The rooms upstairs in the guest house were warm and a bit too light during the night during hot summer days. A fan and blackout blinds would have helped.
