Pros (+) The harbor view was nice, room was clean, bed is very comfortable. The location is very good. Actually the bathroom amenities were good quality.
Cons (-) The breakfast was really poor, far away from 5 star hotel. Spa super slippery and really very very small for such big hotel. They have just two saunas and very small pool. You just cannot relax, crowds of people walking around. I stay for two nights but only one bottle of water was on my table, they haven't add the new one after the cleaning the room. Which is not OK for such level of the hotel. Y...

Pros (+) Horisont restaurang the food and the staff!!!! 10/10!!! All staff Very so police and helpful.
Cons (-) The bar and the restaurants opening hours. The bar closed 23:00 that is too early and the restaurant was closed some days of the week.

Pros (+) Loved the breakfast. The petite guy was extremely helpful and so welcoming and professional. The variety of food was amazing.
Cons (-) The bar staff were not very welcoming … not enough comfy chairs and it was extremely expensive for sitting at back of bar. The actual barman behind the bar was the only person who noticed us and helped us get drinks and helped us to pay, he was better than all the other staff who were mulling around.
