Prime location, great staff.
It’s pretty basic, but that’s the idea
The rooms were clean, hot water, walkable to good restaurants, A/C unit, elevator, small hotel, you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp.
Breakfast wasn’t good, no lounge area, it is on a noisy street, they pressure you to write a review right when you are trying to check out/taxi to the airport- they are very pushy. They will even help you write a positive google review. Also, I tried booking a private tour through the hotel and I was very clear with what I wanted- they confirmed they could do it. My stay was great at swiss Continental, staff are very friendly and Ibtissam in the reception is brilliant.
I like that the property was very clean and with good amenities and Iibtissam was very helpful and kind.
The bedroom and bathroom are really comfortable and an acceptable size. They are in a good location close enough to the Gueliz centre to walk there but far enough away to not be crowded. They have a nice park at the end of the street. The staff are very helpful.
The breakfast was really disappointing and it would almost have been better not to have offered anything. This is the only thing that let's them down unfortunately. The windows weren't very well sealed so if you're a light sleeper you might want to bring some earplugs. It's not too bad but you can hear the traffic from the main road around the corner.

Taxi driver was booked through the hotel but he didn’t show up at the airport as agreed.
The reception area was dirty very dated and very bad decor the chairs are brown with dirt and grime I am sure they were pale pink back in days plastic flowers full of dust breakfast croissants and orange juice no butter no jam tucked into a corner table with open invitation to dust and bugs .

Check in and out went smoothly (too smoothly to be honest!)- huge thanks to B'tissam at the front desk! She was such a nice lady, and all of them were lovely. They interacted me constantly including messages on WhatsApp, which was nice.
