I had a great stay, the location and facilities where great. The staff are fantastic and are so friendly. The customer service during the breakfast buffet was so professional and efficient it was the best I have seen throughout my travels of the world. Chinta made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my breakfast, so a special thank you to her.
Breakfast was really really good. Had everything you need! Facilities are good and staff are really accommodating and welcoming especially if you are traveling with kids. Mahmoud the manager and Kim were very approachable and accommodating so thank you

Having a few items like dishwashing liquid, dish cloth, clothes horse, coffee mugs as a standard in the self catering apartments.
Value and location mainly, plus the size of the apartment.
Inside, it felt too humid, towels did not get dry overnight, and talking about towels, after the first night and cleaning the apartment, the Housekeeping lady removed two of the main towels - we were four people & they left only two towels.
