Pros (+) Location of the hotel is great, it has it's own ski slope and a free bus to get to the center. The personal of the hotel was very helpful and efficient

Pros (+) the chef's team is very good, in both restaurant and room service. i stayed for 7 days all meals in the hotel except only one dinner. most of the meals are nice. the hotel also has a very nice gym and spa.
Cons (-) the ski-in/out feature is a joke but don't except this feature in the area.

Pros (+) The hotel combines tradition with modern comforts, providing exceptional service, excellent cuisine and beautiful surroundings. The wooden-panelled Grand Restaurant is particularly impressive. The selection of dishes for breakfast was also outstanding.

Pros (+) Well maintained and spotless. Housekeeping staff and bus drivers very personable.
Cons (-) Very stuffy to the point one could feel like they didn’t belong. Front desk and concierge staff would barely acknowledge our presence and not helpful if confronted with a question. Hotel owners were in the reception area one evening upon our return and never even acknowledged us with a wave or hello. In fact, it felt like a look of disgust.
