We were charged €60 per day for breakfast (4 x €15), even though we were 3 adults and a 2-year-old child. It was disappointing that our toddler was charged the full adult rate, which is uncommon in most European hotels. This policy felt unreasonable and could be improved.Read more
The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the showers had hot water. The area is really nice to walk around. Good value for money.

The property would have been nice apart from the works that are going on around it. One morning my partner could not get into the hotel as they had taken away the temporary walk way - so he had to walk in the trench getting sand and dirt on my shoes.
The staff as soon as we arrived were rude and unhelpful. Telma and Lex were unbelievably rude and laughing at my partner and I when we were trying to check in. When buying a morning coffee they charged me for the coffee which is fine, then also produced to ask for the room numbers to add it onto the bill also. The room was really warm, but air con was there to fix that problem.
Anastasia was amazing and super friendly! The whole team and atmosphere were lovely and we enjoyed our stay! Rotterdam is amazing city!
Great location, in a very picturesque neighbourhood, fashionable design of interior in the rooms and entire hotel (however with some issues - see below). Very pleasant room with a terrace, that gives indeed a luxurious vibe to your stay. Welcoming handwritten postcard in the room adds a pleasant personal touch. Very dangerous low-hanging corner of the upper floor over the bed space, it's easy to hit your head when moving to / from the bed. A lot of stairs for a one room to move around. A window in the bathroom right next to the toilet - it's very visible that you're sitting on the toilet.
