Let’s start with the positives: the hotel is new, features an interesting design, has convenient parking, and is perfectly located in the center of the city. Check-in was quick and smooth. Our room was on the lower ground floor, which wasn’t ideal, but since we didn’t plan to spend much time there, we didn’t mind too much. The bar staff was also very friendly and welcoming.
Room cleaning is not included in the rate – not a problem by itself. But the hotel explicitly promises in writing that “regardless of room cleaning, we take care daily of: refilling the minibar, providing coffee capsules, tea bags, and toilet paper, and emptying the trash.” Unfortunately, absolutely none of this was done even once during our stay. Very warm and welcoming staff. The room had every amenity we could wish for. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed the sauna and the quiet charm of this hotel nestled between the mountains.
Wonderful stay! Simple but perfect in what they do - huge ski room, sauna included, great atmosphere, great location, wonderful views, clean rooms - great value for money!
Modern rooms and facilities, fairly new. Bright space for breakfast, has free parking outside which is a nice perk.
Beds are super hard - definitely not comfy. Both my girlfriend and I were tensed up after a few days. Self-checkin is clunky, slow and cards didnt work on a daily basis. No reception. Breakfast is basic. Sauna is nice and new, but no room to cool down - does also not great. Would not go again.

Great new functional concept; spacious rooms
This is a brand-new property with large rooms, comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. If you arrive by car, on-site outdoor or indoor parking is offered for a reasonable daily fee.
