Pros (+) The employees knowledge and service as well as the facilities. The restaurant and cafe were good and the seating areas to relax or eat are very nice and comfy. Also the pool area was nice and enjoyable.

Pros (+) Loved the location, in between old Jeddah and Corniche. Receptionists were extremely helpful and kind. Spacious and cozy rooms are nicely designed. Dine in breakfast exceeded expectations, didn’t try other food but surely is fantastic. Automated light system was good with master switches.
Cons (-) Need a good revamp in the toilets. Only third floor and above is renovated but I stayed on the first floor. Poor shower gel and shampoo offering. Not enough Tea variety, only green and black tea on the menu from Lipton.

Pros (+) Cleanliness and presentation. Very nice lobby areas and seating areas throughout the hotel.
Cons (-) Room smelt really bad of cigarettes, I wasn’t offered a no smoking room to help this. Even though they were more expensive, the suites were on the ground floor with no views and bad WiFi signal.
