The staff were extremely polite, well mannered and very professional. After an initial mixup which later turned out to be my fault the staff changed my room twice within the first 2 hours and nothing was a problem for them, they were extremely accommodating and did everything they could to ensure I enjoyed my stay.
Unfortunately during my stay the spa was closed, but I had some fun in the Jacuzzi which caused concerns to staff when bubbles were seen floating from my balcony and the tv reported the first ever snow fall in Vietnam. The staff were great and cleaned up the mess.
Elaborate breakfast buffet, really nice and helpful staff. Quick walk across the road and you’ll be at the beach .

Very attentive personnel all over the hotel. The pool area is great for relaxing and the free to use chairs and umbrellas at the beach just great.
We loved this hotel! It's right on the beach and has a lovely restaurant and bar at the front. We were upgraded to a suite with a terrace which was a lovely surprise and the breakfast was perfect. Nothing not to like
The pool area was the highlight of the stay. Really big, clean, well maintained and loads of sun loungers. The room was really large with a nice balcony over looking the sea.
Hallways were dated, lots of the property was empty and loads of weird corridors. But this didn’t really matter as the rooms, pool and restaurant were great.
I very much liked the concept of a colonial style building even though it was only built in the early 2020s, proving that the Vietnamese people are more than able to fuse their past and present while also looking to the future. The design of the hotel is very elegant and much more enticing to me than other “modern” counterparts in Nha Trang, which you can find all over the world in any country. Be...
The only issues I had with hotel were the fact that the spa, gym and massage facilities were closed for maintenance when my wife and I stayed there while the “pho” noodles at breakfast should have been cooked by a professional chef in traditional Vietnamese style. Excellent breakfast, loved the pool and happy hour cocktails, staff were very friendly and professional. Beds in the room were incredibly comfortable. Hotels sunbeds on the beach were fab, didn’t register the busy road as so close to the sea.
Very noisy air conditioning, flooring around the pool was quite dirty especially by the bar
