Pros (+) Central location , easily accessible from main routes and onsite parking. Very helpful staff and clean comfortable bedroom. Good value. Next to NTS Branklyn Gardens.
Cons (-) There was no dinner available. However, Perth has many options, with only a ten to fifteen minute stroll from the hotel across the bridge.

Pros (+) The room that we had was very comfortable with plenty of space and a super bed. Hot shower in the morning and a great breakfast too! Walked into town through the park for dinner leaving the car at the hotel.

Pros (+) It is a stylish, exceptionally well maintained boutique hotel very conveniently located across the River Tay from Perth CBD. The only negative was my room did not have lift access nearby, somewhat of a challenge with a large case.

Although we were facing the road the hotel is set well back from the road and the additional glazing provides an effective noise barrier so the room was quiet.
