Looved the breakfast buffet and the room size
The shower pressure was very low, and the water never got quite warm enough. There was no door on the shower, so water would flood the entire bathroom and even reach the bedroom carpet. It’s surprising this hasn’t been addressed, especially since the door frame is starting to rot from the moisture.
We liked the outside heated poole and the staff. The spa area was very nice and clean !!
The food in restaurant was not great and the rooms need a refresh. Breakfast was very good but the food in the restaurant was under expectation.The propriety is big but needs more attention, the rooms need a refreshment, the grass around the pool was yellow and the tenis court was out of order ..

The room wasn’t clean
The location is so beautiful, it really feels like you're in paradise. Amazing SPA, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The food was absolutely delicious (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Poor wifi. Bathroom utilities could some some fixing (loose screws).
Beautiful resort. The rooms are large. The spa and multiple saunas are beautiful and unique. Our dinner was delicious. Dorado and breast of duck.
The water was not hot enough in the shower. Also a little confusing to get to our room 312.
Very nice location, hotel room design was really nice and the spa … amazing.
The gym is too small and not equipped, outside wasn’t a nice view due to working site.

It's the second time we returned to this location and that is considering my partner was never into SPA. There is no cold water dipping pool which is an unpleasant surprise for a spa of this caliber especially considering that the shower water never gets truly cold. Also, the saunas are only being started around 11 which is when it is said to open, however they need AT LEAST an hour to warm up which realistically means that you will not get to enjoy it on your checkout day.
