The airport shuttle was prompt and check-in was easy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The food was great and I loved having places to walk around the Village and take a break from work. Highly recommend!

Pros (+) Amazing place and space. The grounds are beautiful and everything is really well thought out.
Cons (-) Some of the service was inconsistent and Gretchen’s was a bit of a disappointment. I suggest differentiating the restaurants further apart - breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, etc at Gretchen’s vs the Austrian style food at Konditorei

Pros (+) Every encounter with staff was excellent! Helpful, kind and very accommodating! The location was the best, and the food at the Lodge was great! Lily and Milenka are real assets to the resort! Theresa and Al Morgan
