Pros (+) Excellent hotel! Friendly helpful staff, allowed me into my room early. The room was lovely, could not fault anything. I will definitely look to stay here again when visiting London.

Cons (-) Building works are ongoing in the area. Very noisy in room and outside bar areas. Room could have been cleaner. Adding a daily service charge to accommodation is a first for me.

Pros (+) Boutique hotel with charming rooms. Location is west ie not near well known tourist sites but it’s right behind Liverpool Street Station, making transport very convenient. Location is perfect for business in City and if you want to soak up a younger and more lively part of London, Shoreditch is right outside the doorsteps, too.

Pros (+) The location was excellent. We had no breakfast.
Cons (-) 1. The room was ridiculously small. It couldn't fit an open suitcase. A 5 star hotel should provide decent sized rooms. 2. We ordered filter coffee every morning. In all 3 cases the coffee was not warm enough. Very poor roasted beans and never served with sugar. We always had to ask the waiter for sugar. 3. We had diner at the hotel restaurant. The ceviche was just ok.
