We raised the issue with reception they did offer us a fan but this was loud and did not drop the temp. Pros (+) Beautiful, dining was different, and most of the staff added depth to experience. Lovely location - the room, bath, and all were nicely decorated. So were the reception and eating area. Loved the ambience.
Cons (-) We didn't get our complimentary arrical drink. One staff member had mentioned it when i arrived, but i was waiting for my husband, then. But when i asked, i was told it wasn't available.

Cons (-) Building works are ongoing in the area. Very noisy in room and outside bar areas. Room could have been cleaner. Adding a daily service charge to accommodation is a first for me.
