Everything, from the grocery stores, to the spa, the pools, the restaurant… I was in Croatia for the birthday and I was elated I chose to stay here. The hospitality was unmatched and the staff were impeccable.
The breakfast options could be better for a five star resort.
The setting is quite beautiful, with direct sea view. The hotel amenities are great, rooms are really comfortable. Dubrovnik only a short Uber rise away. Food was good at the restaurants we tried.
I am not a huge fan of these gigantic hotels, feels quite impersonnal. Was fine this time around as very early season, so no one around, but it's probably another story during peak time.

Amazing complex with beautiful architecture. Breakfast was pretty good, with big variety of food. Since it was May, water in the pools was cold and we couldnt use it. The beach area and the pools are really small in comparison to the hotel complex size. Also, the restaurant area where we had breakfast could be little bit bigger.Read more
Stuff was extremely polite
Where shall I start? I travelled with my family. During our stay it was my wife's birthday. everything went from check in to check out. the view was absolutely breathtaking and the facilities were amazing. Our room was so big and modern. they even upgraded us to a suite for our honeymoon. They gave us little surprises throughout the stay to make it even more memorable. we will definitely come back to this hotel if given a chance. best hotel experience from the trip!
the location isn't as near to the old town as some would like but this place made everything more private and worth visiting. it wasn't an issue as well since most of the tours we did had pickup options.
Everything is absolutely amazing, nothing to add. Especially we enjoyed breathtaking views from our apartment to the sea and the islands. The territory of the hotel is also very beautiful. We got real aesthetic pleasure, while staying there.
Excellent Breakfast, wide selection on offer. Pool - only used indoor pool, clean, and for adults lots of great spa facilities. Outside pools look great but too cold to use in April. Room - large comfortable and perfect for families or longer hotel stays.
On site food expensive for what you got, would recommend having a car and going to buy food elsewhere. Large resort property so have to account for that being a positive in peak season, but on the shoulder season it feels large and you feel the occupancy is low - therefore a little isolated.
