Really good value, comfortable beds, the shuttle service was excellent. We never waited more than 10 minutes for the shuttle to the resort. The ski shop at the entrance did a fantastic job tuning my skis.
This is more informational than something we didn't like. We booked two rooms for a family of four. I think that one room would have been really uncomfortable for our family to share, so we were very glad that we had two. No breakfast at the hotel, but there are multiple cafes within a short walking distance.
Great location right near everything you need and a 10 minute walk to the lifts (they also have a free shuttle). Comfortable bed and great bathroom.
TV and iPad in the room were infuriating. The TV was totally useless, unable to AirPlay / cast to it or get any decent channels. The iPad was outdated, data wasn't erased between guests, and the app store didn't work. Also odd lighting, power outlets not where you want them, and no USB outlets! Location was perfect. Very clean! Ski storage and overnight waxing rocked, the staff was awesome! The shuttle to the resort was great too. Didn't use the spa but it looked lovely. Sauna was cool! Amazing sushi restaurant below the hotel too! Highly recommend!
The hot tub was small for the number of guests who wanted to use it! Other than that, 10/10
Great hotel, good location, nice staff, amazing housekeeping.
One of the elevators was broken, there are no stairs to take to your room, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Great place to stay in a fabulous location, much quieter than other accomodation spots. Close to Olympic Plaza and Supermarket (both only a 2-3 minute walk). Lots of restaurants, shops and cafes close by. Short 10 minute walk to the central village area. The kitchenette in the room was great. Certainly saved money on eating out all the time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Excellent location. Wonderful staff and really nice amenities. For a ski trip, the free shuttle bus to the gondola is an added bonus.
This is a wonderful hotel and I'd stay again! Great base for skiing in Whistler a couple weeks. However I will be only booking directly with the hotel because Booking refused to honor a best price guarantee even though the price difference was only 13 USD and I've spent tens of thousands on this site without ever making a complaint or claim. I was here in the summer of 2019 and the hotel became clearly "older". The room was still clean and comfortable but felt a little bit outdated if I compare it to my previous trip.
