Suite was very clean and it was great having a little kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove top. had a partial view of the lake; staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff made great recommendations for local restaurants in Summerland. I would stay again here although would be nice to go when warmer.
I didn't like calling to ask for housekeeping every day - I pressed the housekeeping button one morning rather than call but no one came and then I had to call for service but they did come promptly.

We had a warm welcome upon arrival. The reception area was nicely decorated for the season. Our room looked over the pool area, lake and hills. The room looked new, clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bed was very comfortable.

Great view, nice kitchen and amenities. Underground parking. Are is beautiful, with parks and walking path right there. Food at the cafe was great!
Beds a bit hard, bed frame extended out...hit my toes and ankles on base of frame. Hot tub and sauna were nice, but could be warmer.

From the moment we arrived, Sam, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was well laid out and overlooked the lake. We would come again and stay longer than the two nights.
Stayed 2 nights as part of our road trip after staying with family in Calgary. Hotel was spot on room with an exc ellent size and had everything we needed and more. The onsite restaurant was busy for midweek but brilliant food.
