the location of the hotel is very good, we had a great experience in istanbul, the hotel was also good in terms of decor, especially the staff was great, they answered every question I asked, thank you to them
the room we stayed in was enough for 2 people, but I think it is small for more than 2 people, and the hotel needs renovation and especially the bathroom, dryer and bathroom shelves need to be renovated.
The location of this property is great. Away from the super busy areas and with a number of good restaurants and cafe's close by. The decor feels very authentic and breakfast was great. But I'm afraid this property is not one I would recommend.
- Room sizes are tiny. Our friends were in a "Deluxe" room which was just a little bigger than the bed - which was a double or small queen. We were upgraded to the "Suite" - which is up two flights of stairs, doesn't have a shower, is tiny and is very noisy due to the external air conditioning. Location of the hotel is very good, close to the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, and Arasta bazar, and very near to the Marmara sea. A very good gesture by the hotel staff, they gave us a very good item as a gift at the time of checkout. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.
Definitely not a 4-star hotel with the facilities they provide. Not even a bottle of water was provided in the room for free, they charge you for that (unlike other 4-star facilities I have been to).
