Beautiful room, nice onsen, private baths, and balcony bath. The food was presented beautifully.
The walls are super thin, so we could hear everything. The shower room has a glass door which was difficult to manage with our group of friends.
We loved everything. Spacious room, private, well equipped and beautifully designed. Great breakfast, we stayed for 2 nights and had both the traditional Japanese breakfast and the western. The atmosphere is serene and the staff is wonderful. we loved every second and were barely able to leave.
It is a beautiful property and beautiful rooms and facilities .
There was a misunderstanding with the number of people we booked for versus the number of rooms. We had double rooms with 2 in each and they said the booking was for 1 in each double room so they charged us almost twice as much as we had already paid.
The room was fantastic. The hot-springs water bath in our room was indulgent. We enjoyed wearing the yukata. The night ramen was a great touch, as was the free open bar and popsicles in B1F. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful.
There was a smell of seafood in the hallway on the third floor (around the elevators there was some fragrance that covered it).
An amazing property, it was an experience we will not soon forget! The staff were outstanding!
This was a truly blissful experience. I visited with my Mum (in her 80s) and my sons (18 and 21). Traditional style rooms and traditional concept with good traditional breakfast
Very limited choice of food. No arrangement of food for vegetarians or even fish eating people. Only pork and beef in every food was available. Very strict with checkout policy. No leverage of even one hour. This is most normal in most good hotels around the world including tourist resorts Onsen was in the open which was difficult to use in cold weather. Amazing staff service and amenities
The yukata was great to wear and really added to the experience. Staff was extremely friendly, especially in the restaurant.
