It’s a beautiful hotel in a spectacular location. Staff is amazing.
Value for money is not great, especially the restaurants. And the overall atmosphere… if glitzy American honeymooning is not your vibe, you won’t feel very comfortable.

I suspect that all beaches are public - so everyone who arrives there by car or boat uses the equipment in the water that belongs to the hotel. Do you have to pay such high hotel costs to share them with everyone?
Superb location. Wonderful service from the accommodations team with spectacular view from our villa. Sugar beach was the best snorkelling experience of our holiday.
The Peloton bikes in the gym were unusable due to inability to log on to software. IT assistance was promised but failed to arrive - we left after 45minutes waiting. The sofa-bed in our villa accommodating a third adult was adequate but not comfortable when compared to the bedroom facilities.
Exceptional location, wonderful facilities and atmosphere. Beach and pool are both lovely areas to sit. Lovely fresh and local food with lots of choices.
We felt that it was overpriced overall, and that there were inconsistencies which felt poor value eg a cappuccino was 3 dollars in one part of the hotel and 10 dollars in a different location 20 metres away.

The hotel is in an exclusive spot for a St Lucia Beach resort. A former Sugar Mill the resort reflects its colonial past with the archtypical architecture and green manicured lawns, with the central ruins of the old Sugar Mill still containing machinery built in Glasgow Scotland, during the 1800's. Spectacular Location in the Sugar Beach world heritage site. Beautiful property, great food, wonderful staff, especially Winnie, the butler who was assigned to our property.
