Pros (+) The location was amazing, really quite and can enjoy the (private) Beach. We have enjoyed it that much and extended one more Day. The staff are friendly and attentive, plus the breakfast was very good.

Pros (+) Great property and great staff, convince of having beach very close to room as well as little custom kitchen which can make meals as u need! Lot of space! Well maintained and kept clean.
Cons (-) I wish they have bigger heated pool for days when you cannot swim in ocean! Everything else law was great!

If you are the type of traveler who doesn’t mind a camping feel then this stay will not bother you. The rooms are very small. Very damp, had ants all over the room including the bathroom and bed. No A/C during the day was not comfortable at all. The food was good though. They didn’t clean the seaweed off the beach and every time I looked down my feet had ants all over them. Pros (+) Wonderful quiet hotel, excellent, tasty and very fresh breakfast served by very nice staff. Beautiful very clean beach with more than enough shadow. Comfy places on the beach. The rooms are highly original in design and layout. We were on the top floor and felt like in a tree house. Very nice and helpful staff with a proactive attitude. Seem to enjoy their jobs.

Pros (+) Beautiful jungle style, stunning private beach & great location. The staff were so friendly, very polite & helpful. The breakfast was excellent every day. We had a stunning view of the beach & sea from our room, woke up to a sunrise every morning. Very quiet part of the hotel area aswel but within walking distance to the restaurants & bars.

Our experience at Suenos Tulum was fantastic, especially with our 2.5-year-old daughter. The breakfast, beach, and staff were exceptional. We'll definitely return for our next trip to Tulum.
