Spent our 25th wedding anniversary on the resort. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was turned down every night including the mozzie net (net not required but made the bed pretty). The coral reef was worth daily snorkelling especially after sunrise.
Some guests didn’t know the meaning of privacy. Need to be warned not to include others in their contents.

Being really picky could do more on flexibility of transfers to match flight times and more information and help on booking trips. The Aquma trip was excellent to Komodo, Padar, and Snorkelling but if we'd been there for less days it would have been much harder to arrange. The best feature of this resort is the house reef, which was excellent. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated, although decoration is probably due to be refreshed. The rooms have the added bonus of being on the beach. I had an excellent massage in the spa.
I don't agree that this is a 5 star resort, both in terms of facilities and service. Service in the restaurant was a bit patchy, there is no wifi in the rooms and the signal kept dropping out in the communal area, and I had some real issues with the private transfer and late check-out. Amazing location, very white lotus vibe with no WiFi it gives you every excuse to switch off and relax which is what we went there for. Rooms.amazing beds and pillows so comfortable.
The room cleanness, the property is so nice the employees are so polite, friendly, and welcoming and the food is good. My husband and I are very happy to stay in this place and we are planning to come back soon.
What I didn’t like was the mosquito bite in the Beach Bungalow island I got bitten by mosquito bites big time

Everything. The beach front rooms are spacious and so comfortable. The setting is pure magic - the snorkelling from the beach is brilliant with a great reef just a few metres out. The restaurant is excellent with great food for every meal in a beautiful setting. Most of all the staff are brilliant. We didn't want to leave.
It's nothing to do with the resort and just an unfortunate situation with the currents but there can be a fair amount of plastic on the beach. That's the case across Indonesia but the staff do a great job to clean it up every single day.
This place is amazing! Beautiful little bungalows along a white, clean private beach with possibility to snorkel right from the shore.
