Lovely artwork around the hotel. Rooftop pool was nice.

The hotel is amazing, every room is so intense! The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality of the staff was great. This is not only a Hotel, but and Art Gallery, beautiful!
This is actually a minor detail but the lights of the room were connected so we had to either have 2 lights on (white light in the entrance door and a yellow/orange soft light above the bed) or both off, and I wanted to keep only one but it was not possible. Overall the place and the attention from the staff was amazing. Thank you!

The room was big and clean , but it should be sold as a studio and not as a separate room with living area as the separate room is looked.Also the room is sold with city view , however when you looked out the window you have view of the guest balcony in the adjoining room ( which is advertised as separate room).Read more

Staff should have given me my room early instead of making me wait so that they didn’t charge for early checkin.
room and breakfast was good. it is not far from airport so you can use for the last or first night for the flight. the pool area is nice and we spent sometime there. there are lots of arts in the hotel if you like (not for me).
Reception staff can smile an be a bit less judgmental.
Location was perfect for either the first night or the night before flying home. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Nice little swimming pool on the roof with a friendly little bar area. If you want to lie in the sun, there isn't anywhere as the pool area has a huge canopy over it providing shade. I appreciated this, but my wife and daughter wanted to catch some last-minute rays. This isn't really a complaint, more an observation.Read more
We loved the new soaps you put in the bathroom. Breakfast was not as complete as usual.
Good atmosphere and great staff with the exception of one front desk person.
No courtesy shuttle. A single coffe pod is sold for $4. Could benefit from a small microwave in the room as the restaurant is extremely expensive
The room was nice and clean was as advertised. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked. The breakfast staff were lovely and friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff were a bit too bust chatting with each other to help sometimes. The breakfast was great and coffee was provided throughout the day which was helpful as I had to work. The art was just wonderful and really made the place unique.
The location was far from the downtown, and other areas of interest, which I did not appreciate. But there was a supermarket and a food court nearby so not too bad. The room safe did not work, and I informed the staff and someone came and made a small effort to fix it, but his heart was not really in it, and he said it would be fixed the next day but it never was.
