huge choice at the breakfast, spacious room, modern and big bathroom, tea & coffee in the room, very good location
some more hangers (for jackets) in the room and a light (bulb) option between full bright and very dark (too dark too read a book)
The central location of the hotel is a great advantage if you want to explore the center of Tbilisi. For breakfast you have a wide variety and an extensive choice of food. The staff is friendly and helpful. Theresia’s an elevator, which is great if you have heavy luggage.
Due to its central location, the noise from the street was a nuisance (especially in the weekend).
We had an amazing time at Strofi - the hotel is very new, clean and it didn't feel busy at all. The staff was all extremely kind and helpful. We got a room upgrade, which was great and the size of our room was really pleasantly spacious. Hard to find it, no street parking ( even though they advertise it) staff is very rude and not helpful
The front desk guy during our check in was extremely rude and not helpful. The Hotel advertised a free parking, but there was no parking. Rooms are small. Breakfast and location were good. I would not recommend this hotel.

It's a clean and nice hotel. Bedding is good.They provide all needed amenities. Bathroom is spacious and clean. The view from the terrace is really good. For the price facilities are ok. The receptionists were helpful.
The room is a bit smaller than expected. Not much space for storage and the wardrobe can only be partially opened, other half is stuck due to the side table. Basically a big bed and just enough space for walking. The free breakfast is very basic not even a proper coffee machine. The negatives are only considering its four star status otherwise good for the price range.
The staff were excellent, the terrace has beautiful views and the breakfast is very good. The location is great.
I stayed over the weekend and there was quite a lot of traffic noise. However it is a centrally located hotel in a capital city so this is understandable.
Excellent location. 5 min walk from Medan Square and sulphur baths.
The variety of breakfast could be increased as we ended up staying 4 nights
