Everything. From the breakfast to staff to amazing location, with a peaceful, terrace and excellent view on , from the rooftop. We really enjoyed our time there!
Ran out of toilet paper at one point and a towel but asked staff for replacement and got it immediately, no problem at all.

Clean, modern, spacious rooms and fantastic location!
Booked for 3 people, and consistently staff only provided 2 towels/waters/slippers etc despite me contacting the property in advance given our early flight in. Cleaners didn’t top up shower gel for 2 days and reception asked if I checked properly which was odd and patronising. The biggest pro of this hotel is its excellent location. The accommodation’s comfort and cleanliness fully met my requirements. Overall, there were no major grounds for complaint.
That said, there is "room for improvement" in a few areas: 1. Breakfast: While adequate, the breakfast could be more appealing. As a guest at a four-star hotel, I expected a coffee machine capable of making cappuccino, which I consider standard at this rating. The central location of the hotel is a great advantage if you want to explore the center of Tbilisi. For breakfast you have a wide variety and an extensive choice of food. The staff is friendly and helpful. Theresia’s an elevator, which is great if you have heavy luggage.
Due to its central location, the noise from the street was a nuisance (especially in the weekend).
We had an amazing time at Strofi - the hotel is very new, clean and it didn't feel busy at all. The staff was all extremely kind and helpful. We got a room upgrade, which was great and the size of our room was really pleasantly spacious.
