Conveniently located. So many restaurants in the vicinity. Close to the metro too. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They had put a bottle of champagne to welcome us in the room and even gave us cute luggage tags at check out. The rooms have a cool vibe and are tastefully done. I loved everything about this property and no complaints whatsoever.
The bathroom exhaust had a weird smell of food emanating from it sometimes.

The staff was incredible and so friendly. One of the most incredible rooms we have stayed with amazing decor and very comfortable sleeping arrangements.

I booked a junior suite which I was highly disappointed due to when I checked in all of TV, Coffee machine, water heater machine, and Telephone doesn’t work! I had to leave for three to four hours first day to give them time fix them all except the Telephone! this hotel is awesome! if you want to have a more elevated stay. we got the presidential suite (4 adults) and loved everything about it! the room has a jetted tub and sauna on the 3rd level. 2 large bedrooms one has an ensuite. 1 full bathroom to go with each bedroom and a powder room on the 2nd level. truly amazing.
interestingly our room had no phone to call down to reception if we needed anything. I don't believe information on how to contact housekeeping or reception was shared.

very large room. We celebrated our wedding anniversary while staying at the property. The hotel sent a bottle of champagne to the room and decorated the room with a couple of balloons. The massage provided for all guests 10mins free was a great idea and the mini bar at the entrance to the lift was a nice surprise.
