This time I stayed at Le Chalet and I loved it. I would stay there again. Very comfy, a bit secluded and peaceful.
The hotel was lovely. Tastefully decorated in the appropriate historical style. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating in English and French. Our dinner at the restaurant exceeded expectations and the wait staff and sommelier were wonderfully engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. The outdoor heated pool was great as were the sauna and steam - rolling in the snow and jumping back in th...
Our room was a little on the small side, but, with all the skiing and amenities, we didn't spend much time there.Read more
Location was perfect for us. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The bed was very comfortable and our room was very comfortable. We had 2 excellent dinners and thoroughly enjoyed the winter setting.
Evening/nighttime Lighting in the entire gym area needs improvement.
Wonderful stay great services and location
Nothing all great
everything except the steam room/ hammam
We visited the steam room around 9 pm. We switched it on and waited for about 10 -15 munities but it never heated up. It was also a bit unclean.
The price, the pretty tea pots and the quaint little library area
Bartender did not know how to make an amaretto sour, then proceeded to rim the glass with salt instead of sugar. At the restaurant, the waitress, while detailing what was on our plate, approached her finger to about 2 cm from our plates to point out the hot pepper. The atmosphere was really not what i expected, will not be returning, nor recommending
Beautiful building, comfy beds
Nothing
Staff very helpful and attentive. Restaurant is amazing. Discovery menu and matching wine pairing was impeccable. Sommelier very knowledgeable and we have learnt a lot. Spa was lovely with great complementary warm ginger tea drink.
Not enough power outlets in room. Need a more powerful in-room hair dryer. No change room beside spa pool. In winter, it's very cold for guests to wear only swimwear and bathrope to walk outside to reach spa pools.
We loved its secluded location on a large beautiful property. We loved our room - 300- very much. The manor itself is beautiful and the hot tub and steam room were wonderful. The staff were all excellent.
Room 300 is all wonderful but needs an exterior light above the door for nighttime - hard to see its number and the place to tap the key. The railing into the hot tub needs to be reinforced. Finally the steps up into the sauna were slippery the day we were there. These slight problems were the only problems.
