Pros (+) The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. I love that the complimentary breakfast is delivered to the room, and it is delicious. We stay here when we come to Niagara’s Falls it is our favourite, and it is close to everything. Definitely recommend!

Pros (+) The hotel experience was all lovely. Breakfast delivered to the room and all the little extras made this place so cozy. The spa services were excellent and the entire hotel was clean and fresh. Our room was beautiful and we just felt so pampered.
Cons (-) The only issue we encountered was the bed. The bed was so hard. It was so unfortunate because after all the ways this hotel offered relaxation, the bed itself was so uninviting. Just an update of beds and this would be a perfect place to stay.

Pros (+) The staff and accommodations were great! The jetted tub felt great after a day walking around the Niagara Falls area. Very clean and modern. Big room! "Breakfast in Bed" was fantastic.
