The furniture.
a/c did not work. it was 90 degrees plus outside and the lowest they could get the a/c was 75 degrees. At 800 dollars a night I sure did expect a room with A/C. They did not give me another room. instead they brought in a large floor cooler that made so much noise leaked water all over the carpet. I had to turn it off.
it is located in a beautiful setting, it’s clean and quiet.
It was further away from other activities at Chateau and Stein Eriksen Lodge. Definitely not within walking distance unless you plan on a short hike.

The included breakfast was a bonus. The location of SER is amazing. Phenomenal panoramic views of the Park City Area. The staff was excellent, genuinely friendly and engaging.
We needed to have the bed re- made when we arrived, because it had not been changed from the previous customer. A little bit of a rough start, but everything went smoothly after that

The room was stunning, the bathroom was lovely for a long hot bath and the restaurant was delicious. The views from the pool are killer and the whole experience was wonderful!
the staff were outstanding willing to deliver whatever your needs were. Facilities were fabulous inclusive of the pool and work out facility. The room was absolutely lovely though units overhead were a bit loud. Absolutely would stay here again in a heart beat.
if there was some way to have a stovetop instead of just microwave?
Everything was amazing. The restaurant views were fantastic. The pool and hot tubs were clean and warm with amazing views. Once at the resort, the staff was very accommodating to bring you different places.
The cost of transportation to the airport is between $100 and $180. That was disappointing after everything else being top notch. The community of resorts needs to develop a more economical way to transport guests to and from the airport. Uber does not schedule trips to the airport in that area.
