Pros (+) Loved the location, Robert was very friendly and sincere assisted us with our needs, house was lovely, nice and quiet, home theatre room was terrific like being in Gold Class, nice and relaxing stay.
Cons (-) Some areas of property maintenance need to be addressed as property looking little neglected in areas. tv in bedroom, toilet roll holder downstairs, dead plants in garden on balcony.

Pros (+) Exceptional design with spacious room, pool table, indoor and outdoor spa. Host Robert set up a movie in the indoor theatre for us with popcorn and ice cream. Very hospitable hosts and shared good recommendations for things to do.

Pros (+) Room well appointed with very comfortable bed. The other shared rooms were also beautifully appointed. Hosts Rob and Ian were engaging and helpful. Had a very relaxing time. Highly recommend this location.

Pros (+) The impeccable service and hospitality of Ian & Rob made our visit to the Bellarine most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the way both of you made out one week stay comfortable and relaxing.
