Pros (+) Hotel has had a major refurb. It is beautiful inside- its had a lot of money spent on it. Public rooms are great as are the bedrooms. Staff are very good too and very helpful. This place deserves to do well. Enjoyed our walk round town too- very clean and quiet, Dinner was excellent

Pros (+) Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful interior of a really high standard. Check in smooth with great staff. Felt personally welcomed and valued as a guest. Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Great bedding. Robe and slippers. Fresh milk in room for tea and coffee! Beautiful bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast a good selection and hot cooked to order.

Pros (+) A lovely room, amazingly clean and super comfy beds! Lovely staff, the night porter was super helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels me and my partner have visited.
