It’s our second visit. We were enchanted and fascinated again. The facilities are excellent. The service was, as a whole with little exceptions, very good. The food at breakfast and during dinner is at top level. The rooms are very well equipped. You have everyday for free at your disposal in your room’s fridge: water, beer, biolemonade, coke and other soft drinks.
Only the safari experience could have been better and more excited. Because we want to see more things and animals than frogs, swallows and ducks. Also, there was dust at bedroom, maybe because of the canopy from the top of the bed.
Quality of food.
My stay at St. Martins Spa was far from the relaxing retreat I had hoped for. The resort was overcrowded—finding a sunbed, seat (in the area exclusive for people staying in the hotel!) or even a parking spot after a short trip was a struggle. We liked everything ♥️. Very good location with very good services. Good food and well prepared personnel.
Truly fantastic hotel at wonderful place. Exquisite food with wide of variety of choice even for small kids. Dinners with nice local wines served on deck - just awesome. Pool and spa, refreshing bathing in surrounding natural lakes. And at not the last, great staff - welcoming, professional, nice to kids.
WIFI could be better - at certain places, it's almost non-existent. Also the signage could be better - I'd bet that number of newcoming guests end at the daily reception to the wellness and spa area instead of the hotel itself ;-)

We appreciated the loaf of bread we received on departure. This gesture was very nice and tasty. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Hygiene is at a very high level in all the areas of the hotel. Most of the staff is very polite. The water in the pool is perfectly warm. Food was good at a express restaurant in the pool area...
This hotel is mostly for german speaking visitors, and it seems that the hotel management want to stay that way, thus the lack of english language signs is obvious. You can conclude that from the first second after you book a room, their "welcome email" is only in german. We were not informed of some activities and having never been before did not get to do them (we will next time). Children’s menu was a little boring if you’re there for more than 4 days
