Pros (+) Beautiful spa and sauna area chill out place and very relaxing. Hotel is in the center of Neustift but quiet place with nice garden and big parking place. All staff family is very pleasant and taking time for short talk about our stay. Very good breakfast and nice dinners. Great place for holidays

Pros (+) The Spa was incredible! We are from the states and haven't ever experienced a European Spa before. We were nervous but once we did it the first time, we kept coming back! We went in September, the weather was beautiful and the views were outstanding! There is a Gondola right outside the hotel, buses make it easy to travel and are just a two minute walk from the hotel, the staff is very kind. We we...
Cons (-) We did have issues too with water escaping the shower so we had to be careful but the shower/bathroom was so nice, we even installed blue lights when we got home because of how fun they were in our bathroom!

Pros (+) Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The beautiful location, the wonderful facilities with spacious rooms, a great pool and outdoors area, and a very impressive spa. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was amazing.

Pros (+) The staff were hospitable and even changed our room due to it being very warm at night. The beds were a medium-firm and of good quality. The food is very good and varied.
Cons (-) It gets hot in the room at night in the summer. The pillows in all the Austrian hotels we stayed at weren’t very good.
