Clean, modern facilities, central location
Spa is small, not enough beds, very few free parking lots. There are more efficient ways to compensate for parking, e.g. deduction from the bill. Banking transfers are less efficient, and, at the moment, I have not been compensated.

Room interior design. They look like a student dormitory. Definitely not up to 4 star hotel standard.
Loved the bed.
No shower mat or grab bars. Difficult for elders to get in and out of tub.
Breakfast was very tasty, our family enjoyed hotel’s food.
Hair dryer could be better.
We’ve been staying here for the past 4 years, every summer. The location and staff is great! Very comfortable and spacious rooms! We loved the breakfast.
The place needs some reinvesting and maintenance. The cold shower (after the sauna) has been broken for at least 2 years! The himalyan salt wall inside the sauna is broken too. The steam sauna was broken this time also. The place is expensive, these things need to be taken care of.

It’d be nice if the hotel had Netflix or some kind of streaming TV for rainy days.
Simple but spacious room with balcony. Shirt walk to centre and nice sauna and spa. Had lovely dinner at restaurant one night. Most staff lovely, one not so helpful
