Everything was great, the best was the food for lunch/dinner. I didn't have the expectation that the hotel food would be that good, and reasonably priced.
Very clean, polite service , delicious food in the restaurant, never too crowded, and an excellent spa treatment, especially the anti age procedure that Ivana Dimitrova makes!
We couldn’t do a late check
We enjoy the place since you can book a little house and bring a small dog. These are also great for kids. We enjoyed the spa area, outdoors pools mainly, as well as the food in the restaurant. Very spacious.
The kids corner has been expanded from before but it still does not seem to catch the attention of kids as they did not stay in it, any of the evenings.

The staff at the reception on 26MAY. On that day, according to the rules, we had to leave the room/villa at 12 noon. We have a small dog that was with us. Since we wanted to have lunch in the hotel restaurant after checking out, and pets are not allowed in the restaurant, we asked the dog to stay in the villa for 1 hour. Nice room. Nice breakfast.
Hot pools were out of action. Lunch/dinner restaurant external and different to breakfast restaurant. Lunch/dinner restaurant expensive by Bulgarian standards. Some staff could have better English.
The spa is always very clean a d they have different types of saunas, steam room and a few pools with different temperature. We stayed in one of the villas, which are very well equipped and with a picturesque view from the terrace that overlooks Tsari Mali town and the mountains

The location is perfect, only an hour from Sofia and in a very quiet area. Overall - Very nice place and friendly staff. The restaurant had some delicious offers.
1) There were bugs in the bathroom! Even after we alerted the receptionist (they were not surprised and have had this before) and even after the housekeeping staff cleaned. There were bugs, yes less, but still bugs. The pools (especially the outside warm pool win front of the view) are exceptional. Our room villa was very good, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was also excellent.
The only drawback of this hotel (may be a positive thing for some people) is its location: Belchin is a small village, 20 minutes drive from Sapareva Banya. except walking around enjoying the agricultural landscape there is nothing to do there.
