the distance for the hotel is near the airport and the structuer of the hotel is tradional and modren that is so comfy , simple and enjoable best service for all stuff and ( kadijaa) was more cooperate , helpful and friendly

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The services were very efficient such ad breakfast, room service. The buggy rides across the site, and even the laundry service. We really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints whatsoever and we have already recommended Souq al Wakra to family and friends.We look forward to returning back there soon.
The only thing I would have preference would be more souqs with a different variety of things to sell, especially to tourists. Also opening times could be better. I saw one bookshop in the soil area but I never saw it open. M
Everything was excellent, starting from the staff, cleaning the service
the only comment i will add that the floor is cold and they should change the sleeper qoulity and provide more sizes because it's not matching my size or change the floor to carpets
First of all we asked for an early check in. We had a baby with us and it would be very convenient to have the room early. They managed to give us the room. The facilities are amazing. 10/10 staff service, clean rooms and perfect location.
This is a wonderful hotel that we can absolutely recommend. Everything was so beautiful and unique. We booked a junior suite and had a very nicely furnished, large room.
