Me and the kids had a great and comfy stay. 😍 they really love the bath tub and the breakfast buffet. 😊 comfortable beds and good linens. All in all a good stay!
I like everything about this hotel, first time to do this staycation with my fiance and its indeed superb and sulit. Babalik balikan mo ulit tong hotel na to 😇 Kudos to them ☺️
I liked the room in general. The furnishings were nice and the bed. The restaurant and pool were nice too. But there was a fly in the restaurant.
It seemed that there were works being done in the hotel so we were hearing some noises from our room. Also, there were outlets near the TV that were there but not functioning at all. The automatic door closer could have been planned better because it hits the cabinet when door is opened. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain and lacks lighting having only 1 light inside. Was a soft opening and actually we were the first guests. Only complaint was the gym wasn't ready ... but this is expected on a soft launch.

Beds were comfortable. This hotel is brand new so everything looks modern and clean. Lobby was spacious.
The bathrooms are poorly designed. The door swings inward and would hit someone if they are using the toilet. There were no shower curtains or door and the toilet paper is by the shower side. So it gets wet when someone is showering. The water pressure of the bidet was too much and hurts to use. Since they are newly opened, they only take cash so be prepared. The rooms are spacious. The pools are nice.
The restaurant service needs improvement. The wait time for the food to arrive took hours.
The property was brand new. There were a few niggles but to be expected as in soft opening. Staff were helpful. Everything was good.
