The location is the best. MRT is in front of the hotel. The room is bigger than usual in Taiwan. It is clean. Staff is helpful. However my rate is a bit expensive as I might before checking in only 1 week. If I go back to Taipei, I will stay here again.
Love the space design for the room. Hotel is very conveniently located. Very close to subway.
It's a pity that only a queen size bed is provided for such a big room. The bed is a little soft as well.
The location is really good as it is closed to MRT Ximen Station and Ximen Ding. The room is large and comfortable. The view is really good as my room can view the crossroads. The toilet with sink in a separate room out of the bathroom. But there is no soap or detergent in the toilet. When you need the soap or detergent, you need to move to the bathroom for washing your hand. Otherwise, you can only clean your hands using fresh water.Read more

Did not cater to Westerners! No washcloth, had to ask for extra towels, but the staff is very accommodating when you asked!
Hotel staffs all are very friendly and helpful
Breakfast lousy especially the senior staff named "Aunty Qiu-Hao" appeared courteousy but whispering to my ear was very biase and rude. On 26 April 2025 she provoked me to raise my volume at her which I had fallen into her trap. Excellent location right next to Ximending and Ximen MRT. Loved the interior design. Clean, modern (smart and AI features) and spacious. Toilet is very spacious and we really love that. Soundproofing was great and no noise even though we were next to Ximending.

Tech-assisted features in the room controls and bathroom; great location next to a metro stop and many restaurants, diners, museums, and other attractions; and a helpful staff.
Hotel access is on the second floor, which is straightforward once you figure it out. Signage on the ground floor for non-local visitors could be slightly better.

Having a room facing the main street was very loud, I would recommend asking to stay in a higher floor to try minimise road noise
