Extremely convenient location with great views if you booked certain rooms but even without views, this is great hotel with updated interiors, furniture and new bathrooms. Feels sparkling clean and cozy. Staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would strongly recommend to stay in this hotel, best value for the price!

-Staff great -Great facilities -Room was Great -Breakfast good! And Varied! -Sauna and Pool! -Good location- pretty good access to Public transportation and GREAT access to lower part of Old Town. -As of the date of the stay. You could find lots of good view points in the area/vicinity.
-Sauna was a bit subpar. Mostly cause of the construction. -Could have better shower amenities. But definitely not bad though. -The breakfast to go/Lunchbox should be a standard vegan or sandwich with easy meat. Or should have like options. One vegan, traditional, Egg/protein/calorie heavy one etc. -Shower pressure on shower head needs to be higher.

two big problem: the room that I booked was not comfort enough and also room service was not good anymore!! you need to ask for the most basic needs. also they did not mention that swimming pool has a very cold water in this season. actually pool is not indoor!!
The hotel was really comfortable, and I appreciated how clean everything was. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish.
