The bento box breakfast is beautiful present and good to eat also. Very good location with easy access to transportation and close to everything that we want to see.
Room a bit small but very comfortable, cozy and very clean.

Stylish hotel in a great location with great amenities. Our room felt spacious and had everything we needed. Rooftop has a beautiful view and free drinks were welcome.
Our room was very warm and hard to cool down even with an additional air conditioner unit. Disappointing the onsen is not tattoo friendly but we did know that before booking.
Lovely sized room, great location. Onsen was lovely. Room terrace was an added bonus and a lovely way to wind down at the end of the day.

This hotel was in the perfect location…very central for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. The Onsen was stunning and the rooftop terrace had an incredible view. There were even hot springs under the tables on the terrace to sit and soak your tired feet while having a drink after a long day of walking.
Can’t think of anything….we were pampered.

I enjoyed roof top with good view, foot spa and free drink everyday. Refreshment with tea, coffee, with ice cream at lounge was wonderful. All amenities and onsen was very nice. Location is great and close to department store and Nishiki market and restaurants.
The window is not sound proof and can hear the noise at late night. Room and bed is small than size description, so hard to keep suit case to use comfortably. Two big adult with big suit cases may need a bigger room.
Everything was perfect: a very nice hotel in a good location with friendly and polite staff, a great view of the city with a foot bath where you can have a Japanese bento breakfast (you need to pick it up at the reception in the morning, free ice cream and coffee all day), a clean room with everything you need, a great onsen. Thank you.
Location in Gion was great, and loved having the indoor and outdoor onsen to soak in after a long day out. Footbath at the roof had a great view, and we got 5 free drink tickets per person to have a drink at the footbath between 4-6:30pm.
Their policies regarding the footbath were weird. You could only use the free drink coupons for 2.5 hours during the day, from 4pm-6:30pm. There's limited spots at the footbath, and since there's only like 2 hours where hotel guests can use their tickets, and since the footbath is shared between 3 different hotels, it is packed and hard to get a spot.
