Spacious, Luxurious suite! The process of check-in was quite complicated. People were waiting for the check-in from 8AM to have a higher floor/ better view. The restaurant for breakfast was too far away. It takes 10min. by walking(maybe more than 10min.). However, overall, you deserve to visit this resort enjoying the great mountain view.

A wonderful destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Great view of Seoraksan, is very stunning. The accommodations are cozy and well-appointed, providing a warm atmosphere that feels like home. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I stayed Sono Felice Delpino with my mom and she loved the place. The room was like a ordinary asian apartment which we had to take off the shoes and the floor was heated. There was a hot tub for two or more people with the view. The room was came with two separate two rooms and two washrooms and showers and were very clean and big.

Pros (+) Clean and spacious for family and/or big groups travelling together. The jacuzzi in the room was great and the room was nicely decorated with modern interior design.
Cons (-) Staff weren’t very friendly nor helpful. The reception said housekeeping was done daily but no one came to clean our room until checkout. The same person also promised to send someone to bring large towels but they only brought small hand towels. There are several activities you can do on site but none are included in the room fare. Not the best of stay. Check in system is like a factory. No amenities and everything comes with a price. No extra drinking water allowed. For a luxury accommodation, it would be better to incorporate additional amenities in the price so we won't be hit with extra fees.
