The power kept on tripping. But the staff were very quick to fix it.
The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel was fantastic! Best shower of the trip!! Lots of room for my family of 5. We loved the view out the windows. We were sad we only stayed one night. We will definitely stay here again when traveling back to Florence!

Tiny room and no enough fresh air bc the window is looking to the courtyard. Air condition has fix 19degree therfore room was cold.
So close to everything! Probably a 10 minute or so walk to all the main sites but it was also so quiet. We didn’t have any problem with noise. The amenities were very nice and they give you water!
