Room was small and overlooked a roof … view was not what you’d want to have from a hotel room.
Location is not the best, about a 10-15’ walk from where the action is. Rooms are large but lack factilities to store clothes. Good wifiis a plus. Good breakfast.

The room and bathroom are both clean and comfortable, and rather spacious for a Japanese room. Best of all it's a short walk to the JR station! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process is really smooth for English speakers. The hotel interior is really modern and pretty too.
Location was excellent - 10 mins walk from Sapporo station - towards west gate and south exit - accessible for luaggage movement. Breakfast was a comprehensive and delicious Japanese and International selections - we enjoyed fresh seafood like scallops etc and freshly made french toast. Hot bath and coin operated washers/dryers - good additions
The mattress was a bit lumpy.
Good location near Sapporo Station. Large room for three people and living room with storage for luggage.
