Pros (+) Excellent location! Its in the middle of everything around Tenjin- shopping, bus terminal, subway, restaurants. The room also comfortably fit our family of three. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful!

Pros (+) Everything was great. The hotel doesn't have a coin laundry but that doesn't matter. The place is in a great location. We loved our room. It was beautifully designed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend the Solaria Nishitetsu Fukuoka. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) We really appreciated the size of the room and the spacious bathroom. The location was incredibly convenient—very central and within walking distance to Tenjin Station, which made getting around easy. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a good experience, even with a few hiccups along the way. We’d definitely recommend staying here.
Cons (-) Our first room had a noticeable cigarette smell, which we were told was due to its proximity to the smoking rooms near the lifts. The staff were responsive and moved us to another room farther from the lifts, which resolved the cigarette smell, but unfortunately, there was a strong sewer/toilet odor. We mentioned this at check-out, and when we returned a few days later, the staff kindly accommodat...
