Pros (+) We really appreciated the size of the room and the spacious bathroom. The location was incredibly convenient—very central and within walking distance to Tenjin Station, which made getting around easy. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a good experience, even with a few hiccups along the way. We’d definitely recommend staying here.
Cons (-) Our first room had a noticeable cigarette smell, which we were told was due to its proximity to the smoking rooms near the lifts. The staff were responsive and moved us to another room farther from the lifts, which resolved the cigarette smell, but unfortunately, there was a strong sewer/toilet odor. We mentioned this at check-out, and when we returned a few days later, the staff kindly accommodat...

Pros (+) A beautiful, spacious and well designed room.Very clean and comfortable. Shu at the reception was very kind to escort us to the taxi downstairs and help with the luggage. Great service.
