Location and comfortable beds.
Understaffed! The toiletries and bathroom amenities provided were not of good quality — it would be great to consider upgrading them. It was disappointing that there was no concierge service available — it would have added a lot of value to the stay.
Location, very beautiful,small and cozy boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town :) Very nice and helpful stuff. Nice rooftop pool plus enough space to chill out.

My Amex card would get declined but would work at other locations. The credit card payment machine may have some issues

As it is an old colonial building l, obviously there is a natural corrosion and maintenance to be done mainly on the walls and roof!
Breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect.
Outstanding customer service from all of the staff: Edwin, Ronald, Alicia, Cristian and Carlos. The hotel was very well decorated.

Ivan, Edwin, and both Carloses took great care to make our 2-night stay at Sol de Alba a memorable one. Amazing central location inside the walls with nice views of the city from the roof. Very clean. Nice little rooftop pool.
When we first arrived, it was hard to find the entry door at first, but it's exactly in the location provided by google maps. Just have to knock on the door with the sol (sun), and someone's there to let you in.
