Pros (+) Ozon was a great helper and gentleman He went beyond and above to answer all my questions and helped me with the touring telling where it is safe and where not to go … very very helpful .
Cons (-) The darkness . Like at night they deem their lights in the corridors , I didn’t like that … but it’s good for couples I think they are trying to make it romantic .😄

Pros (+) The staff are friendly and helpful. They gave me a good tour of the hotel and what it offers. I loved the smell in the hotel. It feels like home. Very relaxed.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel is very dark. It is nice to have the soft atmosphere but it is just too dark.

Cons (-) The room was so cold and windy that i got really sick, the insulation is really bad and the heating system was noisy and bad too. The room was also extremely dark. My global experience was so bad that i sent an email to the Soho House in order to get a partial refund because it's not normal to charge so much money for a room like that. They didn't refund any cent, i will never go back to this hote...

Pros (+) The hotel was exceptional in every aspect. The level of details attended to is to the highest customer care. Made my travel experience much nicer and highly recommended. Will always stay there from now on. If you book at this hotel you can rest assure you can travel light and you will find anything that crosses your mind.
