Pros (+) The service was stellar, more than exceptional. The concierge went above and beyond our expectations.
Cons (-) The restaurant staff on Tuesday and Wednesday was very standoffish. Not much attention to detail or to clients. It felt like they were detached from it all and did not care. The service was not bad, but paled in comparison with the hotel experience. On Thursday, the restaurant staff was much better at paying attention to their tables and much better service.

Cons (-) For a suite in a top class hotel the executive suite was the size of a regular hotel room in all the hotels in which I’ve stayed. Asked for toilet tissue at the concierge desk as there was barely any. It never arrived. Had my husband ask again the next day . I had incurred an injury and needed rest so he stated that we MUST NOT be disturbed. So of course the maid bangs on the door and wakes me up!...
