Pros (+) Outside breakfast was lovely, but when wet or cold the inside restaurant is dull, unwelcoming, and not set up for service, this is not a five star setting!
Cons (-) We booked three nights in mid April, it was chilly, but the central heating system was not in use, we were cold for three days. The hotel had no room heaters. The lounge area and restaurant both had no heating, not five star!
