Pros (+) Location within the city walls, walkable to most sites but nothing immediately beside the hotel. Subway is also a 10/15min walk away so using Taxi is recommended to get around. Breakfast buffet was enormous and good quality, as was the lunch buffet which I did not know about until I happened to pop back to the hotel during the day and saw it! Staff super friendly and helpful, with good English.
Cons (-) Hotel is very dated, I'd say it was built in the early 2000's and hasn't been renovated since then, as consequence the rooms and hotel itself are looking worn and dated. The bedroom itself smelt of cigarettes (not uncommon in hotels in China it should be said) and the wall were very thin, I could hear my neighbors snoring. However for the price point (I paid 200euro for 2 nights) one can't complai...
