They did not respect my bookings rate - took advantge of me..
Very comfortable hotel with a fantastic breakfast.
The staff was, at times, inattentive, especially at breakfast.

Central location, decent size rooms with nice (& spotless) bathroom. Staff were very busy but personable and helpful. The room had all the usual facilities and also a sofa area (very handy and not always available) so you could relax somewhere other than on the bed or at the desk. A small point that we found made the room more enjoyable to relax in.
Nothing to dislike. Perhaps slightly impersonal and commercial, but not in a big way and we’d be happy to return. We had breakfast one morning only - there was literally everything you could wish for to eat but breakfast is pricey - as you would expect. Breakfast had unbelievable choices Location was excellent for walking to old and new parts of the city
The mattress was needing replaced
The room was spacious and very clean, there are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby, and bus stations are a couple of minutes ' walk from the hotel. The location is very close to the old town. The spa was great with a heated pool.
The bed is not that comfortable, and the location is not in the heart of things.

Slightly pricey neighbothood
Location is very good. The rooms are cosy.
The air conditioning was very loud. The mini bar was empty. There was only two small bottles of sparkling water. With this price range, I expected to have an espresso machine in the room but there wasn't one. The TV was mediocre.
